At Kannamma Stories, all products are custom-made and personalized for your child. Because of this, our cancellation policy varies based on the product type and production stage. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation scenarios.

Note: Rush orders (48-hour delivery) enter production immediately upon confirmation. Cancellation of rush orders is only possible within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Animated videos involve significant creative effort at each stage. The partial refund reflects the work already completed at the time of cancellation.
