1. Accepted Payment Methods
For Indian Customers (via Cashfree Payments)
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and all UPI-enabled apps. Scan QR code or enter UPI ID.
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, Diners Club.
- Debit Cards: All major bank debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, and 50+ other banks.
- Wallets: Paytm Wallet, PhonePe Wallet, Amazon Pay Balance, Freecharge, Mobikwik.
- EMI: No-cost EMI available on select products for orders above ₹3,000 (select banks only).
- Pay Later: Simpl, LazyPay, and other Buy Now Pay Later options (subject to eligibility).
For International Customers
- PayPal: Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through PayPal.
- International Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued outside India are accepted via Cashfree international payments.
2. Currency Support
We support four currencies. Your currency is auto-detected based on your location but can be changed manually:

Prices are set independently for each currency and are not live exchange rate conversions. This ensures fair and consistent pricing across all regions.
3. Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority:
- PCI DSS Compliant: All payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (Cashfree and PayPal). This is the highest level of payment security certification.
- We Never Store Card Data: Your credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, and bank account details are never stored on our servers. All payment data is handled entirely by our payment gateway partners.
- SSL/TLS Encryption: All payment pages are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
- 3D Secure Authentication: All card transactions use 3D Secure (OTP verification) for an additional layer of security.
- Tokenization: For returning customers who choose to save their payment method, card data is tokenized by the payment gateway — we only receive a secure token, not actual card details.
- Fraud Detection: Our payment partners use AI-powered fraud detection systems to identify and block suspicious transactions.
4. Payment Process
- Add to Cart: Select your products and customization options.
- Checkout: Review your order, apply any discount codes, and confirm the total price (including shipping, if applicable).
- Choose Payment Method: Select from UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or PayPal.
- Complete Payment: You'll be redirected to the secure payment gateway to complete your transaction. For UPI, you can scan a QR code or enter your UPI ID.
- Confirmation: Once payment is successful, you'll receive an Order ID (format: KS-{timestamp}) and confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
Important: Do not close the payment page or press the back button while the transaction is processing. If your payment fails or is interrupted, your money will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
5. Taxes & Additional Charges
- India: GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the displayed price. A GST invoice is provided with every order.
- International: Prices displayed are exclusive of local import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
- Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (India) or equivalent thresholds in other currencies.
- Rush Delivery Fee: An additional charge applies for expedited delivery. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
- No Hidden Charges: The amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. No additional fees are added after checkout.
6. Failed Payments & Troubleshooting
If your payment fails, here are common reasons and solutions:

| Money debited but order not confirmed | Wait 30 minutes. If still not confirmed, contact us with your payment screenshot. The amount will be auto-refunded in 5–7 business days if the order wasn't created. |
| UPI payment timed out | Try again with a different UPI app, or use the "Pay via UPI ID" option instead of QR scan. |
| Card declined | Check if international transactions are enabled on your card. Ensure sufficient balance. Try a different card or payment method. |
| OTP not received | Check your SMS inbox and spam folder. If using a virtual number, try your bank's registered mobile number. Contact your bank if the issue persists. |
| PayPal payment failed | Ensure your PayPal account is verified and has sufficient balance or a linked funding source. Try logging in to PayPal directly to resolve any account issues. |
| Net banking page not loading | Disable ad blockers and try in a different browser. Some banks have maintenance windows — try after some time. |
7. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved (see our Cancellation Policy):

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeline, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
8. Discount Codes & Offers
- Discount codes can be applied at checkout in the "Promo Code" field.
- Only one discount code can be applied per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Expired or invalid codes will be rejected at checkout.
- First-time customers: Sign up for our newsletter to receive 10% off your first order.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
9. Invoices & Receipts
- A digital invoice/receipt is sent to your email after every successful payment.
- Indian orders include a GST-compliant tax invoice.
- You can also download invoices from your account dashboard under "Order History".
- For custom invoice requirements (business name, GSTIN, etc.), contact us before placing your order.
10. WhatsApp Orders
For customers who prefer ordering via WhatsApp:
- Message us on WhatsApp (+91-8341128359) with your product selection and customization details.
- We will create your order and send you a secure payment link via WhatsApp.
- The payment link takes you to our secure checkout page with the same payment options listed above.
- Never share your card details, UPI PIN, OTP, or bank passwords on WhatsApp. We will never ask for these.
